We are happy to accept returns or exchanges for merchandise that; has not been worn, is not washed or altered, have tags still attached by contacting our sales team at: email@example.com and returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials and arrive with us within 14 days of the first delivery attempt.
We recommend using a traceable carrier, insured for the full value of the return merchandise. We are not responsible for return packages lost en route. Please keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status. All charges for shipping, duties, taxes and the carrier’s collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and shall be paid exclusively by you.
Upon receipt of the return merchandise in accordance with our terms and conditions, we issue refunds within 24 hours. Please note: depending on your chosen payment method, it may take a few days for the funds to appear on your statement.
Discounted items cannot be refunded. If you would like to return an item purchased with a discount, we offer you a discount voucher for the full amount of your purchase. "Waiting list", "made for you", and handmade items that require a creation time, are items created especially for you once an order has been placed and therefor cannot be returned or refunded. For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, bodies and pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note abandoned parcels due to refusal of payment for duties and taxes or incorrect address information can only be compensated in form of a credit voucher with deduction of the shipping costs made.
