- We offer free worldwide shipping including duties and taxes on all purchases made at shop.peetdullaert.com. This means we'll deliver your order without any further costs involved.
- Your orders are shipped from Paris, France.
- Once your order is created we strive to deliver fashion related items between 1 – 2 working days to the following destinations*: Europe Union (including The United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway), The United States, China Mainland, and Hong Kong. To all other countries we strive to deliver fashion related items between 2-3 working days.
- In-stock items can be shipped straight away, for other handmade pieces creation time estimates are stated on the product page.
- Product eligible for return must be returned by notifying our sales team at: customerservice@peetdullaert.com. Once a return is registered and confirmed, products must be returned unworn, not washed or altered, have tags still attached, in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials, and arrive with us within 14 days of the first delivery attempt.
- All your purchases come in signature gift wrapping.
- If you would like to return an item purchased with a discount, or an item that required a creation time, we offer you a voucher for the full amount of your purchase : the voucher does not expire before its value is entirely used.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, bodies, and face masks cannot be returned or exchanged.
We will confirm the shipping of your order after we received the full payment. You can follow your parcel through the track and trace service noted in the shipping confirmation email.
The total shipping time will depend on your exact destination and your country's custom handling.

FAQ - HOW IS VAT CALCULATED?
Products on the website, include VAT in the sales price shown. For all other countries outside of the EU the prices shown include Duties and Taxes. You will not have to pay any costs on delivery.

At checkout we support all payments listed at the bottom of each page, including direct bank transfers. Direct bank deposit payments require to be made within 24 hours of confirmation.
FAQ - HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Products can be shipped straight away or are made following a creation time as noted on the product page of each item.
- We strive to deliver fashion related item between 1 – 2 working days to the following destinations*: Europe Union (including The United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway), The United States, China Mainland and Hong Kong. To all other countries we strive to deliver fashion related items between 2-3 working days.
We will confirm the shipping of your order after we received the full payment. You can follow your parcel through the track and trace service via noted in the shipping confirmation email.
The total shipping time will depend on your exact destination and your country's custom handling.
Please note that transit times indicated are the number of days it usually takes for parcels to arrive in the country of destination from the moment your order is dispatched. Due to unforeseen customs delays incidentally a shipment could take longer to arrive. We have no control over delays caused by shipments hold up at customs but will do our very best to have your order with you. If your order is time sensitive we advise to select the Express shipping option available at checkout as this guarantees an express delivery service.

FAQ - HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking number and carrier information once your order has been dispatched.
FAQ - HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You can check the status of your order directly with the appointed carrier with the tracking-number provided to you in our email with dispatch confirmation.

FAQ - CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to : customerservice@peetdullaert.com
We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please note that orders are implemented and processed as quickly as possible and that, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your online order, please refer to our return instructions included with your shipment. FAQ - HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges for eligible merchandise that; has not been worn, is not washed or altered, with tags still attached by contacting our care team at: customerservice@peetdullaert.com . Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials, within 14 days of delivery. We are able to advice the appropriate return address once your return request has been confirmed.
We recommend using a traceable carrier, insured for the full value of the return merchandise. We are not responsible for return packages lost en route. Please keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status. All charges for shipping, duties, taxes and the carrier’s collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and shall be paid exclusively by you.
Upon receipt of the return merchandise in accordance with our terms and conditions, we issue refunds within 24 hours. Please note: depending on your chosen payment method, it may take a few days for the funds to appear on your statement.
We will do our best to accommodate exchange requests, but given the limited inventory of our highly exclusive merchandise, exchanges are subject to availability of the materials required to create your request and may take up to a month to complete. Please contact customerservice@peetdullaert.com and a member of our service team will be pleased to discuss your exchange options.
If you would like to return an item purchased with a discount, or an item that required a creation time, we offer you a voucher for the full amount of your purchase : the voucher does not expire before its value is entirely used.
Discounted items cannot be refunded. "Waiting list", "made for you", and Handmade items that require a creation time, are items created especially for you once an order has been placed and therefor cannot be refunded. Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, bodies, face masks, and pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note abandoned or returned parcels can only be compensated in the form of a credit voucher with deduction of the shipping and handling costs.

1. PURPOSE
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of sales is to define the rights and obligations of both parties, solely in relation to an all online sales process of products offered on the site.
The Terms and Conditions apply to all steps required to place the order and ensure the follow-up of such orders and their contractual obligations between the parties.
This document is the only document that applies to the relationship between both parties.
2. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND AUTHENTICITY
PEET DULLAERT products are available for purchase online, in stores and through official retailers.
All products created are either in-stock, or created within a time frame, as indicated on the product page. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply.
In case we can only deliver a part of a requested order we will notify you.
PEET DULLAERT reserves the rights to change the duration of special offers or sales promotional tools.
We will inform you if we are unable to process your order.
We guarantee the authenticity of all products ordered at officially connected websites from PEET DULLAERT.

3. PRODUCTS
3.1 HOW CAN I PURCHASE
Purchases may be made through the order website shop.peetdullaert.com, or directly through email with the help of our customer service. In this case you'll receive an invoice via email to place your order.
3.2 PRICES
Prices displayed on the website are charged in EURO and may show in your local currency if available. Products on the website include all duties and taxes.
While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the pricing of the goods you have ordered, we will offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelation of the item. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the entire order as cancelled.
3.3 PAYMENT
When applicable PEET DULLAERT accepts the online payment options listed below each page at checkout, including direct bank transfer. Direct bank deposit payments require to be made within 24 hours of confirmation.
To increase your safety, we request your personal information when placing an order by checkout to exactly match your personal data for your bank transfer. The processing of your order may be delayed if this personal data is different.
We do not accept gift vouchers or receipts of a gift to you, or other forms of payment than we have indicated as payment possibilities for online purchase. The order will only be processed after your personal information is verified and the payable amount is written on our account.
Afterwards the shipment of your order will be confirmed. We will take the risk for possible change of exchange rates.
Our prices are in Euros with VAT shown and duties and taxes included in the price.
If a payment is made in a different currency than EUR your bank will handle the current exchange rates at the time of payment to determine and pay the to be transferred amount. We expect to receive the correct amount in Euros corresponding to the Exchange rates for the time of payment.
In refund cases, we issue refunds within 24 hours. please note: depending on your chosen payment method, it may take a few days for the funds to appear on your statement.
By placing an order the customer accepts that all merchandise available at shop.peetdullaert.com is intended for personal use and that unauthorised commercial use is not allowed: orders suspected of unauthorised usage are not entitled to a refund or credit unless the buyer can provide compelling evidence that no such usage took place, nor commercial content will be released.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We offer worldwide shipping on all purchases made at shop.peetdullaert.com.
We ask you to take in account, for reasons of your security, that online purchases at PEET DULLAERT are only accepted with a signature by an adult upon delivery.
Under the agreements, we inform you when your order has been shipped. All purchases depending on the size of your order may be shipped to you either by mail postage or shipped by courier.
- We strive to deliver fashion related item between 1 – 2 working days to the following destinations*: Europe Union (including The United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway), The United States, China Mainland and Hong Kong. To all other countries we strive to deliver fashion related items between 2-3 working days.
PEET DULLAERT cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays.
If the delivery address provided is considered insufficient by the courier or packages are 'unclaimed', the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated the address with you or under these conditions we can issue a credit voucher minus the shipping costs.
Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
4.1 DESTINATIONS
We deliver to basically all countries and on any accessible places in the world. We cannot ship to location that are subjected to an exportation or importation ban.
A final confirmation of dispatch will be emailed to you once your purchase has been sent.
If you are not completely satisfied or find that your order has not been delivered to you as it should have been, please keep the product, all associated documentation and packaging close and ask for immediately assistance by sending an email accompanied with photographs to: customerservice@peetdullaert.com.
4.2 PACKAGING
Products purchased online from PEET DULLAERT come in our signature gift wrapping/packaging to you.
5. GUARANTEES
5.1 CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please send us soon as possible an email to the mail account: customerservice@peetdullaert.com. We will try our very best to fulfil your request.
However, Please note: orders are handled as quickly as possible. Once you have submitted an order with us, we have passed this on to production. We cannot guarantee that your purchase can be canceled or changed after your order has been confirmed.
Once you have received your order please refer to our return instructions that we have included with your shipment in case of changes or cancelations.

Please note orders cannot be canceled or changed by abandonment of parcels, by refusal or incorrect address information.
5.2 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We would like to make you aware that returned or exchanged merchandise can only be refunded or exchanged by carefully following the instructions outlined in these Terms & Condition and accepted at checkout, otherwise a refund or exchange by PEET DULLAERT cannot be accepted.
All effort will be made to an immediate refund or exchange upon a confirmed return. The full original purchase amount in EUR will be credited through the original payment method used to confirm for your order. We will confirm to you that we have returned your payment and we will provide you with a statement where the refunded amount in EUR has been returned to.
At all times you are responsible for payment of the return shipping fees and applicable Custom Duties and Taxes for return and or exchange. Return shipping fees and/or Custom Duties and Taxes paid by us following your return may be deducted from the refund or voucher.
Please note that a different return and exchange rate policy may apply to purchases made in other stores and other online stores selling PEET DULLAERT.
It is recommended that you return your merchandise using a recognized shipping carrier and use insured shipping options, so you are able to track your shipment. Also to make sure the shipment has sufficient insurance to cover the value of the merchandise. PEET DULLAERT cannot be held responsible for reimbursement or compensation in the event of a refund or exchange package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.
PEET DULLAERT reserves the right to refuse goods not meeting the above requirements.
The exchange of an item purchased on the website of PEET DULLAERT includes the following process:
- The return of your original order
- Re-selecting the desired product(s) through our customer service via email or WhatsApp support
- We either issue a difference in value to you via a voucher that does not expire, or require completion of payment through one of the options provided on our website. In this case a custom payment link shall be send to complete the exchange process.
In case we can only deliver a part of a requested order we will notify you.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges of returned products including duties and taxes, unless there is an error made by PEET DULLAERT in the original shipping process and we have confirmed this error to you in an email. Only in this particular case the item(s) can be shipped through an appointed carrier covered by us.

5.3 REPAIRS
Our products, can be given in repair to us by contacting customerservice@peetdullaert.com with a detailed repair request. If possible, clear photos of the damaged item, your contact details and scan of your original sales invoice.
We will inform you about your options and provide you with an indication of the expected repair costs.
We recommend warping and packing the item safe and shipping the package with insurance in accordance to our agreement to the provided location.
Within 2 weeks, we will send you a final assessment of the to be expected repairs and what the actual costs will be.
5.4 ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
Our goal is to provide complete, accurate and current information on our website. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that any website is completely free of human or technological errors.
This website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions, of which some relate to prices, availability, and product information.
We reserve the right to adjust such errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including the information submitted. In order to improve, modify or update information we may require to inform you either by law or when we may deem it necessary to do so.
Terms and Conditions for orders placed under a previous version remain subjected to the original Terms and Conditions accepted at checkout unless change is directed by EU consumer legislation. Customers are advised to regularly consult the policy for possible changes.

7. EXCEPTIONS : CUSTOM, COUTURE, WHOLESALE COMPANY ORDERS AND CONTRACTED PROJECTS
For custom, couture, wholesale orders and contracted projects the above terms apply. The following exceptions to the shipping, delivery, return and cancelation policy apply where the category is indicated:
- Wholesale orders and contracted projects can be confirmed via email or by our order confirmation paper under Ex.Works (EXW) conditions.
- After order confirmation : all custom, Couture, wholesale order and contracted project orders placed are final and cannot be altered and/or refunded.
- A cancelation request made within a week of the order confirmation is subjected to a cancelation fee in form of the deposit payment made. This fee is not refundable and covers for any losses or damages (whether such losses or damages are direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise) liabilities, costs, claims, actions or proceedings of any kind whatsoever.
If a (deposit) payment has not been made yet, a cancelation fee of 40% of the total order value applies, which is required to be paid upon cancelation notice, and within 10 days of the cancelation date.
- Custom private orders and Couture orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt in exchange for a credit voucher, which is applicable to the original product category only. The voucher does not expire before its value is entirely used.
Under no circumstances will PEET DULLAERT be held responsible or liable in any way for any claims, damages, losses, expenses, costs, or liabilities whatsoever (including, without limitation, any direct or indirect damages for loss of profits, business interruption,) resulting or arising directly or indirectly from receipt, the use, or handling, of our products and/or services, and/or its use or handling by assigned parties.
If you believe your wholesale order arrived with defects that are not caused by shipment, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt via email at sales@peetdullaert.com. Custom, or Couture notifications can be send by email at couture@peetdullaert.com. Following priority investigation, we will provide product replacement as soon as possible.
8. SAMPLE SALE ADDITIONAL TERMS:
- Availability of pieces is limited.
- Only 1 size per piece can be selected, but multiple items can be purchased.
- Unavailable pieces are automatically marked as "Sold Out".
Sample Sale orders are generally packed in 1-3 days from purchase and ship from Paris, France and can ship with an alternative carrier. Parcel are estimated to arrive between 1-15 days from dispatch. You can opt-in for express shipping at checkout if desired.
Items can be returned in exchange for a discount voucher for the value of your purchase. Please note the items made available are samples and may show small traces - items shall always be in good condition.
