We are happy to accept returns or exchanges for eligible merchandise that; has not been worn, is not washed or altered, has tags still attached by contacting our care team at: email@example.com . Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials, within 14 days of delivery.
We recommend using a traceable carrier, insured for the full value of the return merchandise. We are not responsible for return packages lost en route. Please keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status. All charges for shipping, duties, taxes and the carrier’s collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and shall be paid exclusively by you.
Upon receipt of the return merchandise in accordance with our terms and conditions, we issue refunds within 24 hours. Please note: depending on your chosen payment method, it may take a few days for the funds to appear on your statement.
If you would like to return an item purchased with a discount, or an item that required a creation time, we offer you a voucher for the full amount of your purchase : the voucher does not expire before its value is entirely used.
Discounted items cannot be refunded. "Waiting list", "made for you", and Handmade items that require a creation time, are items created especially for you once an order has been placed and therefor cannot be refunded. Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, bodies, face masks, and pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.
