FAQ - HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We offer free worldwide shipping on all purchases made on shop.peetdullaert.com.

Products can be shipped straight away, unless stated otherwise.

  • We strive to deliver between 1 – 2 working days to the following destinations:
  • Europe Union (including Switzerland), The United States, China Mainland, Hong Kong and Macau.*
  • To all other countries we strive to deliver between 1-3 working days.*
  • *Phone cases ship in alternative wrapping from The United States and take around 3-15 days to arrive in your country.
  •  We will confirm the shipping of your order after we received the full payment. You can follow your parcel through the track and trace service via noted in the shipping confirmation email.

    The total shipping time will depend on your exact destination and your country's custom handling. 

    Please note that transit times indicated are the number of days it usually takes for parcels to arrive in the country of destination. Due to unforeseen customs delays incidentally a shipment could take longer to arrive. We have no control over delays caused by shipments hold up at customs but will do our very best to have your order with you. If your order is time sensitive we advise to choose the 1-2 day express service for shipping.

    FAQ - HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

    You will receive a confirmation email with tracking number and carrier information once your order has been dispatched.

     

    FAQ - HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

    You can check the status of your order directly with the appointed carrier with the tracking-number provided to you in our email with dispatch confirmation.

    FAQ - CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

    If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to : customerservice@peetdullaert.com

    We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please note that orders are processed as quickly as possible and that, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your online order, please refer to our return instructions included with your shipment.     FAQ - HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

    We are happy to accept returns or exchanges for merchandise that has not been worn, washed, or altered, with tags still attached by contacting our sales team at: customerservice@peetdullaert.com . Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials and arrive with us within 14 days of the first delivery attempt.

    We recommend using a traceable carrier, insured for the full value of the return merchandise. We are not responsible for return packages lost en route. Please keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status. All charges for shipping, duties, taxes and the carrier’s collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and shall be paid exclusively by you.

    Upon receipt of the return merchandise in accordance with our terms and conditions, we issue refunds within 24 hours. Please note: depending on your chosen payment method, it may take a few days for the funds to appear on your statement.

    We will do our best to accommodate exchange requests, but given the limited inventory of our highly exclusive merchandise, exchanges are subject to availability in the size you require and may take up to a month to complete. Please contact customerservice@peetdullaert.com and a member of our service team will be pleased to discuss your exchange options.

    Discounted items cannot be refunded. If you would like to return an item purchased with a discount, we offer you a discount voucher for the full amount of your purchase. 'Waiting list items' and "Especially made for you" items are created especially for you and therefor cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, bodies and pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.

    All products created and in-stock or created within a time frame indicated on the product page. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply.

    In case we can only deliver a part of a requested order we will consult with our client about this matter.

    PEET DULLAERT reserves the rights to change the Terms and Conditions, duration of special offers or sales promotional tools at any time.

    We will inform you if we are unable to process your order.

    We guarantee the authenticity of all products ordered at officially connected websites from PEET DULLAERT. 

    PEET DULLAERT products are manufactured with the highest quality materials, design and care and craftmanship.

    PEET DULLAERT only accept the following forms of payment for online purchases at checkout:

    To increase your safety, we request your personal information when placing an order by checkout to exactly match your personal data for your bank transfer. The processing of your order may be delayed if this personal data is different. 

    We do not accept gift vouchers or receipts of a gift to you, or other forms of payment than we have indicated as payment possibilities for online purchase. The order will only be processed after your personal information is verified and the payable amount is written on our account.

    Afterwards the shipment of your order will be confirmed. We will take the risk for possible change of exchange rates.

    Our prices are in Euros and 21% VAT in EU counties. 0% VAT outside EU.

    If payment outside the Euro Zone occurs, your bank will handle the current exchange rates at the time of payment to determine and pay the to be transferred amount. We expect to receive the correct amount in Euros corresponding to the Exchange rates for the time of payment.

    In refund cases, we issue refunds within 24 hours. please note: depending on your chosen payment method, it may take a few days for the funds to appear on your statement.

    By placing an order the customer accepts that all merchandise available at shop.peetdullaert.com is intended for personal use and that unauthorized commercial use is not allowed: orders suspected of unauthorized usage are not entitled to a refund or credit unless the buyer can provide compelling evidence that no such usage took place nor will be released. 

     

    4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

    We offer free worldwide shipping on all purchases made on shop.peetdullaert.com.

    We ask you to take in account, for reasons of your security, that online purchases at PEET DULLAERT are only accepted with a signature by an adult upon delivery.

    Under the agreements, we inform you when your order has been shipped. All purchases depending on the size of your order may be shipped to you either by mail postage or shipped by courier.

  • We strive to deliver between 1 – 2 working days to the following destinations*:
  • Europe Union (including Switzerland), The United States, China Mainland, Hong Kong and Macau.
  • To all other countries we strive to deliver between 1-3 working days.* The exact shipping time will depend on your country's custom handling. For time-sensitive shipments an express service can be chosen at check-out. 
  • *Phone accessories ship in alternative wrapping from the USA and arrive in approximately 3-15 days from the moment of dispatch.

    PEET DULLAERT cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays.

    If the delivery address provided is considered insufficient by the courier or packages are 'unclaimed', the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated the address with you or under these conditions we can issue a refund minus the shipping costs.

    Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.


    4.1 DESTINATIONS

    Basically we deliver to all countries and on any accessible places in the world.

    A final confirmation of dispatch will be emailed to you once your purchase has been sent. 

    If you are not completely satisfied or find that your order has not been delivered to you as it should have been, please keep the product, all associated documentation and packaging close and ask for immediately assistance by sending an email accompanied with photographs to: customerservice@peetdullaert.com.

     

    4.2 PACKAGING

    Products purchased online from PEET DULLAERT come in our signature gift wrapping/packaging to you*.

    *iPhone cases are packed in a protective envelope. These items are shipped from the USA and excluded from the "add a personal message" option.

      

    5. GUARANTEES

    5.1 CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

    If you wish to cancel or change your order, please send us soon as possible an email to the mail account: customerservice@peetdullaert.com. We will try our very best to fulfill your request.

    However, Please note: orders are handled as quickly as possible. Once you have submitted an order with us, we have passed this on to production. We cannot guarantee that your purchase can be canceled or changed after your order has been confirmed.

    Once you have received your order please refer to our return instructions that we have included with your shipment in case of changes or cancelations.

    5.2 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

    The private customer has the right to return or exchange merchandise that has not been worn, washed, or altered, with tags still attached by contacting our sales team at: customerservice@peetdullaert.com . Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials and arrive with us within 14 days of the first delivery attempt. Discounted items and special offers cannot not be refunded.

    Please note 'Waiting list items' and "Especially made for you" items are created especially for you and therefor cannot be returned. 

    For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, bodies and pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged. 

    To return an online purchase PEET DULLAERT only accepts merchandise returned in its original condition. For a full refund / exchange if the merchandise is accompanied by the original invoice(s). Please note that we do not accept pieces that are worn, used, altered or damaged. Please contact our customer service if you wish to return or exchange an item.

    We would like to make you aware that returned or exchanged merchandise can only be refunded or exchanged by carefully following the instructions outlined in these Terms & Condition and accepted at checkout, otherwise a refund or exchange by PEET DULLAERT cannot be accepted.

    Upon receipt of the return merchandise in accordance with our terms and conditions, we issue refunds within 24 hours. Please note: depending on your chosen payment method, it may take a few days for the funds to appear on your statement.

    The full amount of the refund will be credited to the original account, which has been used to purchase the order, using the same conversion rate that is used during the payment transfer. We will confirm to you that we have returned your payment and we will provide you with the bank account the payment has been returned to.

    At all times you are responsible for the shipping fees and Custom Duties and Taxes for return and or exchange.

    Please note that a different return and exchange rate policy may apply to purchases made in other stores and other online stores selling PEET DULLAERT.

    All effort will be made to an immediate refund or exchange. An email will be sent to you once the return/exchange to you has been processed by us.

    It is recommended that you return your merchandise using a recognized shipping carrier and use insured shipping options, so you are able to track your shipment. Also to make sure the shipment has sufficient insurance to cover the value of the merchandise. PEET DULLAERT will not be held responsible for reimbursement or compensation in the event of a refund or exchange package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.

    PEET DULLAERT reserves the right to refuse goods acting by own discretion that are either a refunded or to be exchanged merchandise, that do not meet the above requirements.

    The exchange of an item purchased on the website of PEET DULLAERT includes a simple two-step process: 

    • The return and refunding of the order

    • Re-selecting and ordering the desired product

    Please note that (a) returned item(s) send to PEET DULLAERT are still in original shape, the items must be in initial state and still perfectly usable for new orders. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges of returned products, unless there is an error made by PEET DULLAERT in the original shipping process and PEET DULLAERT has confirmed this error to you in an email. Only then the product can be shipped through an appointed carrier by PEET DULLAERT, we therefore arrange the transportation. 

     

    5.3 REPAIRS

    Our products, can be given in repair to us by contacting customerservice@peetdullaert.com with a detailed repair request. If possible, clear photos of the damaged item, your contact details and scan of your original sales invoice.

    We will inform you about your options and provide you with an indication of the expected repair costs.

    We recommend warping and packing the item safe and shipping the package with insurance in accordance to our agreement to the provided location.

    Within 2 weeks, we will send you a final assessment of the to be expected repairs and what the actual costs will be. 

     

    5.4 ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

    Our goal is to provide complete, accurate and current information on our website. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that any website is completely free of human or technological errors.

    This website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions, of which some relate to prices, availability, and product information.

    We reserve the right to such errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including the information submitted. In order to improve, modify or update information at any time without notice. Where we deem it necessary, we will inform our customer by e-mail about this.

    To process your order the following categories of personal data are received through the Tictail system and will be collected, stored and shared by PEET DULLAERT: Contact information, name, address, email, phone contact, products ordered, purchase amounts, payment information as well as all other information entered or confirmed in forms on the "Site". We refer to this information as "Order Information".  This information is shared with "Assigned Parties" such as: the Tictail platform, your chosen payment service, our accounting and storage systems and the assigned carrier company in order to make it possible to confirm and finally deliver your order.

    7. WHOLESALE COMPANY ORDERS

    For wholesale orders the above terms apply with the following acceptions to the shipping, delivery, return and cancelation policy:

    Wholesale order can be placed via email or by our order confirmation paper under Ex.Works (EXW) conditions.

    After we confirmed your order, all wholesale orders placed are final and cannot be canceled, altered and/or refunded.

    If you believe your order arrived with defects that are not caused by shipment, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt via email at sales@peetdullaert.com. Following priority investigation we will provide product replacement as soon as possible.
