HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We are happy to accept returns for merchandise that has not been worn, washed, or altered, with tags still attached by contacting our sales team at: customerservice@peetdullaert.com . Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials and arrive with us within 14 days of the first delivery attempt.

We recommend using a traceable carrier, insured for the full value of the return merchandise. We are not responsible for return packages lost en route. Please keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status. All charges for shipping, duties, taxes and the carrier’s collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and shall be paid exclusively by you.

Upon receipt of the return merchandise in accordance with our terms and conditions, we issue refunds within 24 hours. Please note: depending on your chosen payment method, it may take a few days for the funds to appear on your statement.

We will do our best to accommodate exchange requests, but given the limited inventory of our highly exclusive merchandise, exchanges are subject to availability in the size you require and may take up to a month to complete. Please contact customerservice@peetdullaert.com and a member of our service team will be pleased to discuss your exchange options.

Discounted items cannot be refunded. If you would like to return an item purchased with a discount, we offer you a discount voucher for the full amount of your purchase.
